### Release Requirements

A release should have:

* release scope
* version number
* release notes
* test evidence
* deployment plan
* rollback plan
* approval record
* known issues
* support contact

### Deployment Controls

Deployment should include:

* environment confirmation
* access confirmation
* backup or rollback approach
* monitoring plan
* post-deployment validation
* incident route

### Release Evidence

Retain:

* release notes
* deployment logs
* approval record
* test results
* validation evidence
